Payment Logistics
Registration fees for the New York State Youth and Government Conference are due by the specified deadlines. For New York Middle and High School students, payment is required by November 11, 2026. For Connecticut students, payment is due by February 5, 2027. All payments must be made in full to ensure your delegation is confirmed for the conference.

Credit Cards, POs, and W-9s: We accept all major credit cards, Payoneer, and W-9 forms. For schools or organizations requiring official documentation, a W-9 form is available for download.
